Carl has been hobbled with a broken foot. (It happened well after the pool shot, above.) He will have been off his foot for seven weeks when he gives up his scooter and crutches for a cane on July 1. It was a soccer accident. We're all thankful for great benefits at REI where he works. Culver is glad to be finished with school for the summer. He has been attending Pike Peak Community College and working at a local Jamba Juice.

The Boys
