Praise

• Praise God with us for some generous gifts to our ministry fund that covered the typical low months of summer giving! We did not have to go without!

• We are praising God for precious, significant times with old friends this summer:

Prayer

• Please pray for Glen as he prepares and gives presentations for seminars in both English and Spanish.
• Pray that decision makers will look with favor on Paraclete regarding a major donation.
• Please pray for me as I prepare a new series of messages on the Goodness of God for Fall and Spring retreats.
• Pray for "Entre Amigas" an event for Spanish speaking women in Midland, TX where I will be speaking September 17-19.
• Pray for my involvement in women's retreats: Oct 2-4 in Colorado; October 9-11 near San Diego, CA; October 23-25 in Klamath Falls, OR.
• Pray for our boys future, for Carl and Culver to grow in their passion for Jesus, for leading for their futures, resolution of their questions and for godly men and women friends.
• Praise with me for ministry fruit! Just one story: When I was in Chile, saw Cecilia who was in my Bible study in Miami. Cecilia is now teaching a Bible study herself! She is openly witnessing to her family. She has many family members who are resistant to the gospel but she says, "They just don't know what it's like to be in love with Jesus!"
