After a thorough search, God brought in Bill Eckhart to serve as the Paraclete Operations Manager. Bill comes to Paraclete with a wealth of experience working at NASA, managing other small non-profits, and managing his own business. His wife, Sandi is a Navigator’s missionary so he understands the intricacies of missionary support. Glen and Bill are in the process of transitioning the office from the Phoenix area to Colorado Springs and we are excited about having it “closer to home.”
We’ve also been delighted to welcome a number of new Paraclete associates this year. What a wonderful team of missionaries God has given us! Glen and I have the joy of being on the Personnel Committee. After we check out all the references and feel that we should go ahead, we invite them to come stay with us for a three day face-to-face interview. You can read about our 2012 "recruits" on the
