2013 Feedback

It's impossible to know the full extent of any ministry, since it is God who is at work.  But we get hints of what He is doing!  Here are a few from 2013...

You have been an example to me in so many ways I can't count them all, but a few that come to mind are:  your gentle encouragement to work on ourselves, your care, deep deep care of me at some of the most hopeless moments of my life, and your study of God's word and making it about todays walk!   I love praying with you, playing with you, crying with you and for sure laughing with you!!!

 Thank you for sending me this most interesting report. As you know I had been thinking of and praying for all of you every day of your journey.  I am so glad you...were willing to be used of the Lord in such a way.

Many of your insights are profound.  You have noticed the beauty and charm...and you have also been ushered into some of the dark and painful realities that Christian women, especially women in ministry and pastors' wives, live with. 
 

Your insight about the lack of love for Scripture is spot on.  Seldom have I heard people say this, but it is evident.  People don't grow up studying the Bible, even committed believers.  It is read, but not taught...

Your personal involvement with so many women was so wonderful.  You have...gifts that open doors and touch people in special ways, but when your love for God and compassion for people is evidenced through your one-on-one encounters people are so enriched.  Of course, this leaves you exhausted...in a way, twice emptied.
