I met with Bill
Eckert, Paraclete's new operations manager, yesterday for the first time. We’ll begin
an orientation to Paraclete and preparation for a trip to Gilbert the last few
days of this month. Pray for good communication and the start of a solid
relationship.

Thanks for praying
for Culver’s (our younger son) job situation. He is getting a few hours from
Cave of the Winds, but tourism is down significantly because of the fires. He also has some
hours from the school where his brother works, as he looks for a full-time job.

Shelly and I are
glad to be home. I was in Gilbert for 18 days filling in as Paraclete operations manager.
