· Shelly and I are rejoicing as we look forward to a trip to Israel next Tuesday. We’ll be touring with Spanish guides and some of our longest term ministry partners and soul mates on a trip sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. (That’s a long story.) Pray that we will be a witness and receive a blessing.
· Please pray with us for Shelly’s eyes. She has been diagnosed to have Glaucoma. She’s been having some vision trouble for a good while. Her optometrist was watching her but was not able to diagnose the problem. Her ophthalmologist gave her the definitive diagnosis yesterday, but could not begin treatment because of an eye infection that has to be treated first.
· Praise God for Julie Field who we accepted as a Paraclete associate on Sunday. She works mainly in Ethiopia.
· I thank the Lord for a great time with a small group of CEOs from Christian organizations last week at The Hideaway in the Black Forest. It was good for me to be with a group of people who have a similar vision and experience a similar set of problems. Most knew of Paraclete. They all know more about us now.
